«Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a VRBO. Quick background....My wife & I brought our 3 kids (21, 18 and 15) on a trip to Italy. We traveled to Rome, Florence, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Messina and Catania. Everything before our stay at this property and after went according to plan and we had a great time. «We loved everything here. View from the balcony stunning. Beds so comfortable. Our host so quick to respond and has helpful tips for the area. Many nice touches like laundry, milk for morning coffee ( if u are from north america - haha ). The host has a family restaurant that is amazing. Very worth it. Recommend highly. We were warned there are a lot of stairs in this little town and there are. But they are old world and kinda fun actually. Good exercise.»

"I have travelled extensively and stayed at many hotels, but I can honestly say that I have never experienced hospitality and genuine care quite like this. From the very first day, before my accident, the service at Majestic Palace was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, the facilities are great, and the rooftop bar is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, I fractured my ankle during my stay. Being injured far from home was frightening, and after a very difficult experience at the hospital, returning to the hotel was an enormous relief. The entire team went above and beyond to help me. They carried me up the entrance stairs, helped me get around and constantly made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Even the husband of one of the staff members came to fix my room door so it wouldn't automatically close, simply to make things easier for me. I will never forget that. I later noticed the hotel's motto: “LET US TAKE CARE OF YOU.” And I can honestly say that this is not just a slogan – they truly live by it. The kindness felt completely genuine and human, not simply like good customer service. My early flight meant I couldn't say a proper goodbye, which I was very sad about. I would have loved to give them all a big hug. I very much hope to return to beautiful Sorrento.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Loredana and the entire team. You are what makes this hotel truly exceptional. Five stars without hesitation!"

"Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Optimal beliggenhet til det meste, og videre transport. Beregn 15- 20 minutters gange til strand og ferge. Det høres kanskje mye ut, men du er godt plassert i sentrum når det gjelder butikker og restauranter. Treningsrommet var flott, men ikke godt nok for de som prioriterer styrketrening. Ikke mulighet for knebøy, benkpress eller markløft. De største var manualene på 10 kg. Mølla var god å løpe på. Bassenget og skybar var en deilig adspredelse på kvelden etter dagens trasking i vakre Sorrento."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit and made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic, with everything conveniently nearby. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious options. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A special thanks to Teresa and her staff."
