The villa Liviana is located in Cómpeta and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, a fan, a washing machine, a fireplace, portable heating units as well as a TV. A high chair and a baby cot are also available upon request.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool which is open year-round, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

3 parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are allowed.

Parties are not allowed.

Please avoid making unnecessary noise in the outdoor area after 10pm.

Youth groups below the age of 25 are not admitted.

Beach/pool towels are provided.
