The building was constructed in the 1930s, following the principles of the Rationalist architectural movement, which was very significant for the city of Como. The apartment has been renovated while preserving some typical features of the era, such as the layout of the bathroom and the original 1930s flooring. Equipped with all the amenities, from free Wi-Fi available throughout the house to air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. Parking: The apartment is located two minutes from the historic center. There are parking spaces right below the apartment (blue-line parking) that require payment.
