«We stayed here with a large family group (4 adults, 3 teens, 2 children, and an infant) while attending a family wedding, and overall I’d rate our experience around a 7/10.The positives: communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were proactive, responsive, and transparent when the refrigerator unexpectedly had issues before our arrival. Host was open to hearing from us what accommodations would work best. «This is a perfect home away from home...it is truly cozy as the name says and the artwork and murals are beautiful. It is on a quiet street but very accessible to downtown, trails, and the UGA campus. My only regret was not being able to spend more time in the house due to my daughter's UGA orientation schedule. We would definitely stay again!»

«This was our second time staying at the Lenoir Cottage. It's hard to beat for location, and we appreciate the quirkiness older properties have. Lots of room for everyone to hang out together in the main room, but also very easy for the family to spread out and find their own space when needed. »

«Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening ...
