«After a long travel day from the USA, I arrived at this property. The hotel staff was remarkably hospitable and provided us with just the right amount of information. The property is charming, and the guestroom offers a touch of luxury in Bariloche. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with the deck. «We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful with a splendid view of the lake. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned. Opening the windows reduced the room temperature somewhat, but at least a fan should be installed. However, we were first offered a room facing the other way.
