«No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the ...

«Hotel experience from hell honestly and we didn't even stay here. Checked in after 10pm so they now have a screen check you instead of a physical person. Process took a while but okay and then we had to wait longer because they couldn't get the room key to work. Finally got a key and went to the room and the door wouldn't open. Went back and got another key, once again door didn't open. Went back again to confirm room # and oh actually it's a different room # than was printed on the receipt. Go ...

«The hotel is nice and so is the staff but there's no amenities in the room. They charge 11.40 per day for a tiny refrigerator and 20.00 per day for a coffee maker. It's ridiculous that the staff has to haul refrigerators in and out of rooms daily and not to provide even a coffee maker is so stupid. I won't stay again and neither will my family»
