«Absolutely hated that we had to go to a third-party app for check in and then there was a hold put on credit card. Also asked for early check in and never heard back until it was the time I requested. Felt like I was dealing with AI in regard to check in.
Coffee maker was not working well, remote to tv wouldn't let you turn it on or off. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. One frying pan, one towel, one wash cloth.»

«My family loved everything about our stay here. Our host was on top of any questions we had before, during and after our stay. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished. It was also a great place to stop on the 7th hole of the golf course to grab a couple beers before the turn. In the future I will check with waypoint stays anywhere I travel to see if they have properties I can stay at.»
