The table linen was dirty, bedding felt like hand-me-downs, and there was no dish or shower soap on arrival. When I asked, she told me to “look around” for it and to use a pot to boil water since there was no kettle. A lamp had a severed wire, and the bathroom sink plug didn’t work.The property is “pet-friendly” only in that dogs are allowed — the outside area is sheer rock and cactus ...

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
