«The host experience was disappointing. She wasn’t on the property and offered little help when issues came up. The table linen was dirty, bedding felt like hand-me-downs, and there was no dish or shower soap on arrival. When I asked, she told me to “look around” for it and to use a pot to boil water since there was no kettle. A lamp had a severed wire, and the bathroom sink plug didn’t work.The property is “pet-friendly” only in that dogs are allowed — the outside area is sheer rock and cactus ...

We are 5 and my youngest slept on the sofa bed which was not too comfortable. Unit is on the 2nd floor so you have to climb up the stairs to get to the unit, may be an issue for seniors, otherwise all good and super happy to stay there»

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
