Welcome to your alpine getaway in the heart of Golden. Located in Glacier Lodge, this one-bedroom plus loft retreat offers a mix of comfort, style, and adventure. Step into a warm and inviting living area, where a plush sofa bed awaits extra guests, a crackling fireplace sets the mood for restful evenings, and a TV for movie nights. Sunlight streams through a large door that opens onto the patio, showing the beautiful view outside.

★ BEDROOMS
Bedroom #1: Enjoy a serene room with a comfortable queen bed, soft linens, and pillows. Bedside lamps offer warm light, and large windows let in plenty of sunshine with views of the Alpine views. There’s a closet for your belongings and a TV to help you relax after spending time outside.

Bedroom #2: This cozy loft is perfect for families or groups. There is a twin-over-double bunk bed and a single bed, all made up with soft linens and comfortable pillows. A ceiling fan helps keep the space cool, and the ensuite bathroom is close by for extra privacy.

★ BATHROOMS
Bathroom #1: This bathroom is comfortable and features a full bathtub for relaxing or quick showers, hot and cold water, a sink, a toilet, and a modern vanity with a mirror.

Bathroom #2: The ensuite bathroom in the loft has a walk-in shower, hot and cold water, a toilet, and a vanity sink with a mirror.

Bathroom essentials such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are provided during the stay. If you need more, let us know so we can coordinate and arrange it.

Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Golden has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Golden has to offer.

- Guests would need to use the stairs to access the different areas in the unit.

-If you need more space, we have another property within the complex that can be booked separately, subject to availability.

-The underground heated parking has a maximum height capacity of 8 ft.

-Paid underground parking (subject to availability). Free street parking nearby.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-The shared amenities, such as the hot tub, fitness area, ski-in/ski-out access, are subject to scheduled maintenance conducted by the building management.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. Bikes are not allowed inside the lobby, hallways, or the unit itself. Secure indoor bike storage is available for your use in the underground parkade, accessible to guests with paid underground parking

9. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


10. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

11. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
