«Duncan Lake Escape could not be a more fitting description for this idyllic, beautifully built cabin. Our host, Paul was gracious and provided great information for everything we needed to know. «Clean and central condominium right in that heart of Invermere. It's located within walking distance of parks, ships, downtown, cafes, grocery stores and the pharmacy. It's extremely clean and neat and Jenny was extremely easy to deal with and very friendly as well as responsive. It is on a major commuter road so road noise is significant if you're not used to traffic noise. The complex is neat and yards are in excellent shape. We'd stay again without hesitation. »

"The receptionist was very nice, so I have no complaints about the customer service. However, I don't think the hotel looks like the pictures, so we were all quite disappointed when we arrived. We found hair in the bed sheets and the carpet was full of stains. It was dusty and gave the impression that it was an old hotel that had not been maintained properly. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear when your neighbor was using the bathroom. I was there for one night with my family and had actually booked several nights alone the following week, but I quickly cancelled that."
