I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I checked in around 4:15 PM on a Friday, needing to shower and change for an event at 6:00 PM. Despite having a reservation and the official check-in time being 3:00 PM, no rooms were available because they were still being cleaned. I waited in the lobby for 20 to 30 minutes until the front desk clerk unassigned a clean room from another guest who had not yet checked in and assigned it to me.
After finally getting into my room, I showered and went to my event. Around 9:30 PM, while still out, I received a call from the front desk asking me to stop by when I returned because my credit card information had not been properly attached to my account. When I returned around 11:30 PM, I provided my card to a different staff member, who re-entered the information and re-scanned my key cards.
However, at 1:45 AM, I received another call from the front desk, waking me up to say that my card was still not on file. This was the third time dealing with this issue. I went downstairs and provided my card again. The staff member explained that the previous clerk had incorrectly recorded a cash deposit instead of entering my card.
The repeated errors and lack of proper communication from the front desk staff caused significant inconvenience. Being woken up at 1:45 AM for an issue that was entirely the hotel’s fault was unacceptable. The indifference and lack of apology were disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.
