«The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.»

«Lugar muito bonito e confortável. No entanto nunca tem ninguém na recepção, quando encontrávamos alguém o funcionários estavam perdidos, não sabiam dar informações ou não respondiam com clareza. Muito difícil o acesso. Taxi, Uber e remixes não encontram o local da hospedagem perdíamos mais de uma hora para tentar que um táxi fosse ao local. Na volta sempre se perdiam ao nos levar de volta. Aconselho ter carro próprio ou alugar para ficar nessa hospedagem »

«Wonderful boutique hotel, we were so pleased and happy to stay here. The staff was wonderful, the property beautiful, there were kayaks and bikes to use. Overall great.
Just thought that the restaurant was exceptionally overpriced for dinner, more than the Ritz! However the food was great. Would stay here again. »

«I had the hotel for myself virtually a whole weekend (May is low season). In spite of this, the staff made sure that the kitchen and spa were operating.
- Great, personal service
- Good, home cooked food for all meals. I didn't see the need to go to other restaurants at all.

«La atención del personal fue muy buena. Hicimos el check in tarde a la noche y Felipe fue muy amable en todo el proceso. La vista del lugar es INCREÍBLE, parece que uno está dentro del lago Nahuel Huapi. A mejorar: las almohadas un poco escuálidas y las camas un poco duras. Igual lo volvería a elegir para una noche de paso por Bariloche como fue nuestro caso.»

«We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful with a splendid view of the lake. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned.
