Ingenting å utsette på dette hotellet. Svært sentralt plassert i sentrum av Køln, like ved hovedjernbanestasjonen. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Rene, pene og komfortable rom. Rommene manglet riktignok aircondition, så det kan kanskje bli et problem om sommeren? Ok wifi. Svært bra frokost. Bra sauna. Kort vei til shopping og restauranter. En del uteliggere og løse fugler i området rundt jernbanestasjonen, men ikke noe skummelt strøk.

Topp service og god frokost er høydepunktene
Hotellet ligger godt til i forhold til jernbanestasjonen, severdigheter og shopping. Alt er innenfor gådistanse. Vårt rom lå i enden lengst vekk fra stasjonen og vi merket overhode ikke noe til togtrafikken. Dessverre var rommet slitt, kjøleskapet fungerte ikke, sengene var harde (men vi fikk overmadrass på forespørsel), teppene på rommet litt småflekkede og med "gammel" lukt (som dog forsvant med god lufting). Rentgjøring ble også uteglemt en dag. Lobby og bar områdene var små, men frokostsalen var passelig til hotellets størrelse og hadde meget godt utvalg av mat, med god kvalitet. Når det var noe så fikset resepsjonen det med en gang. All servicen som ble etterspurt var tipp topp. Et 3-stjerners hotel som kan anbefales hvis du får et godt tilbud.

Property was very clean and convenient to Cathedral in walking distance. Excellent breakfast at 8 euro pp. Parking is not good and in an unsafe area. Staff gave us address for alternative parking but couldn’t tell us where it was. Our room faced Dom Str and was very Noisey all night with people hanging around the front of the hotel. The room was too warm to close windows. Fans in the room would be helpful. Probably will find another hotel if we return.

Was fine, but nothing more than that. Had no hand soap, body soap, shampoo, but did have empty bottles of those items. Oh, and a small bottle of conditioner, and that was it. At least I left with soft hair! Very dated property, which would be fine were it not for the price being what it was. Value by that measure is not great, you can get A LOT more for just a few more euro. Not the worst, but I won’t be staying here again.

The staff was accommodating, the parking was absolutely terrible! We did get a space in the garage but please be warned that an SUV is really too large for their facility! There were literally inches on each side of our vehicle getting in and out. Room was decent, but the bathroom was not very clean. To get to the Christmas market you have to walk by the train station area, which is very sketchy. We ended up taking a taxi back to avoid it.

The hotel is in a great location
The hotel is in a good location for the central railway ( HBF ) station where you can take S Bahn S19 to and from the airport .it is also located within walking distance of alll the major sights ,and Altstadt .( In order to reach the just walk through the HBF .We booked a Business room ,because they are bigger than the standard room. Note ..the Hotel bar is now permanently closed.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, was Zimmer und Bad angeht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Preis war (zu) hoch, weil eine Messe in Köln lief. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Der Toaster dort lief die ganze Zeit rotglühend, obwohl es Geräte mit Sensoren gibt, die sich nur bei Bedarf anschalten.

여려가지로 편리한 호텔
숙소에 도착한 날 엘레베이터가 고장났다고 작은방에서 큰 방으로 바꿔주시며 1층만 올라가달라고 하셨습니다. 짐을 들고올라가는 수고를 하긴했지만 덕분에 큰 방을 쓸수 있었습니다. 숙소는 깔끔했고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 또한 쾰른역에서도 가까워서 큰 짐을 가지고 이동하기에도 무리가 없을 정도였습니다. 쾰른성당과도 가까운데 유일한 단점은 묯번 없지만 종탑의 소리가 꽤나 크게 들립니다.

You can't polish a t*rd. While the staff is going out of their way to accommodate guests and help with usual and unusual incidents, the hotel itself urgently needs an update. No air conditioning in sweltering heat is unacceptable, especiy in an establishment 'proud' of its 4-star status. The only elevator was broken for over 36 hours during our stay. Anyone with mobility issues on upper floors must have been extremely inconvenienced.
