«Didn’t even end up staying here as after I booked and rang them to find the exact location of the hotel, they told me they didn’t have space and re-directed me a 20 minute walk to another property that was not acceptable at all. When I asked to be refunded or have my booking cancelled, they told me it wasn’t something they could do as Hotels.com needed to do. Contacted Hotels.com explaining the situation and they had been unable to make contact with the Hotel initially. And now I’m left out of ...

«Clean and comfortable, with lovely welcome basket and useful local information provided. Shower was good and hot, heating worked a treat and beautiful location. Only improvement would be a topper on the mattress and you could feel the springs and a shelf in the bathroom.»

«3人で宿泊しました。十分な広さでとても居心地良かったです。キッチンには全て揃っていて本当に良かったです。
使い勝手もよく、すぐに使えたし。
周りもフィールドで、住宅街から離れていて静かで安心でした。
この辺に来ることがあればまた利用したい。»

«Excellent service, couldn't have been more helpful.
Room was nice, clean but a bit small...if I'd had a big suitcase not sure if it would have fit.
