«Great communication with owner who accommodated us when we asked for a favor. Owner also communicated with us that the exterior of the property was being worked on which explained the rather run down look outside (they were pulling down siding). Looking around the complex, the other units with the new siding and new bridges looked great - so I'm sure this unit will look great on the outside too. Inside was nice and clean. «Property was clean. If it’s busy parking can be an issue. Not allowed to park in front of unit. Price seemed to be good then you find out they charge an astronomical price for cleaning. If it’s your last choice it’s ok. No real extras. Definitely been at more welcoming properties.»

«What a cute, comfortable townhouse! My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed here for 1 night for my younger son's graduation. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to and from the bars at Northgate at night. The 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms makes it a perfect place for a group of friends or 2 couples. There's a nice backyard area you could have a pregame get-together also. We would definitely stay there again.»
