«This location is adorable. We loved the proximity to amenities like Harlinsdale Farm, the Factory, and downtown Franklin. The trails surrounding are great for active couples who like to walk and bike. This cozy cottage is very well appointed with all the creature comforts. It was quiet and safe and we will absolutely be back soon. Perfect for a couple for a date getaway. Very clean with a really nice renovation to the interior and great, comfortable furniture.»

«We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, and the three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it a great place to gather. The furniture was nice, although the couch felt a little cozy for our family since we're all six feet tall or taller—but for our two-night stay, it wasn't a big deal! The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and everything was clean. «James and Laramy were quick to respond. Great hosts. We had our Min Pin Nationals and we had brought our ACD’s and this was absolutely perfect. We loved the fenced backyard, the house was laid wonderfully. Also they had a stocked kitchen of everything you would need to cook with. They even had a crockpot and it came in very handy after a long day at the show. We will definitely be staying with them again. It is also located in a convenient area and easy to access everything.»

«Very clean and nice townhome. I would recommend updating the description and pictures regarding the two twin beds. It’s a twin bed with a trundle underneath that rolls out on the floor. Also need to have more paper products, such as toilet paper and paper towels. We had to go to the store to buy more as no one responded back to our message. »
