Outstanding customer service
The hotel is extremely nice, as it appears from the photo but for me the service was just incredible. Everyone in the team is incredibly nice and well trained - we felt very special throughout our stay. Gracias Pilar and team - I can’t wait to be back

Couples weekend
Amazingly beautiful hotel with the best staff and service. The suite has a breathtaking view, breakfast is good and staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is top notch!

Todo fenomenal. Muy amables, el hotel, que es un palacete del s. XIX, es una monada, bien conservado y con apropiada decoración. La habitación que nos tocó era pequeña, pero la cama y almohadas muy cómodas!!! Hotel ideal para una o dos noches!!!

El trato del personal muy bueno. El desayuno que escogimos junto a la estancia bastante abundante y de calidad. Estuvimos cenando en el restaurante Koma y también delicioso. Pero en contra, la habitación no nos convenció demasiado. Sinceramente creo debería estar algo más cuidado, sobre todo la zona de la ducha y baño

Na lavabo estrecha
El baño era lo más incómodo, en la zona del lavabo sólo entra 1 persona y si vas con pareja, uno se tiene que esperar a que acabe el otro, era muy estrecho

Muy recomendable, pero con aspectos a mejorar
Las personas que prestan servicio en el hotel son súper atentas y agradables. Las zonas comunes están muy cuidadas y pensadas con mimo para la armonía y descanso. Por contra, para el precio que se paga, la cama de la habitación es pequeña (nos alojamos en una superior), pero el mayor defecto, por supuesto, el baño... se sale agua de la ducha que acaba mojando el suelo de la habitación, además del ruido que hace hasta la propia taza del wc cuando te sientas porque se mueve, el exterior al ser de contrachapado, se está pudriendo por la humedad... La insonorización no es muy buena, lo salva que el público que se aloja es respetuoso, pero se oye hasta el timbre de la puerta desde la habitación, la cosa buena que tiene, es que te despierta el cantar de los pájaros por la mañana, que es muy agradable. Son deficiencias importantes dado el precio de la estancia, no esperas algo así cuando una noche supera los 150€. El desayuno correcto, te sirven en mesa, todo casero y lo mejor: el restaurante: la comida de 10 y el ambiente muy acogedor, para repetir en éste aspecto.

Una decoración cuidada, con mucho diseño y un trato excelente. Dentro del hotel tienen un restaurante que es una joya lo que le hace un sitio muy completo.

Escapada romántica
Todo muy correcto, desde Madrid, ideal para una escapada de una noche. Resaltar sobre todo la atención del personal, realmente atentos, amables y dispuestos. El spa no es más que un jacuzzi y una sauna, pero vamos, no es la razón por la que acudir. A 5 minutos de Fuadarrama en coche. Muy recomendable para pasar u. Día con tu pareja y desconectar.

Sensacion agridulce
Excelente concepto en el que fallan los detalles. La idea de hotel con encanto para parejas, acompañado de un magnifico restaurante, es buena, pero en este caso fallan los detalles. En lo positivo el trato personal y cercano de los empleados, su situacion en las afueras, lo que le da tranquilidad, su afamado restaurante, las solo siete habitaciones, la decoracion, el desayuno y facil aparcamiento. En lo negativo el cercanias a menos de cien metros y pasando con regularidad, la carretera que pasa por el pueblo pegada al hotel, las habitaciones abuhardilladas, en la que estuve, en las que te golpeas con el techo con facilidad ya que los armarios estan en la zona de techo bajo, la, y es una opinion personal, mala eleccion de los baños, ya que taza anclada a la pared y no al suelo y ducha estan en un habitaculo de madera mientras el lavabo se halla fuera, las maderas que forman los caminos y enmarcan la piscina necesitan ser renovadas y creo que el jardin deberia tener cesped y no la tierra que lo cubre ahora.

We want to go back!
We just had the most wonderful time at this hotel. The staff, food and ambiance were all top notch. From the moment we arrived the owners and staff made us feel at home and welcomed us with open arms. I loved our room and grounds of the hotel are really lovely. Highly recommended. I would love to go back for a long weekend again.

Mountaintop, Relaxing Boutique
We were looking for a relaxing retreat after 5 days in Madrid's city - and a lifetime in NYC. We found an attentive staff at Box Art Hotel, a cozy, boutique with artsy aspirations. There was plenty of room for relaxing in our sun filled hotel room with beautiful, arched windows that gave us tree-top views. A small library with Spanish art books, DVDs and music was fun to browse, and the breakfast of fruits, toasts, cheese and cured meats was generous and delicious. The hotel facilities are pretty basic - pool and garden - but they find others to provide taxis, horseback riding, massages and anything else you need for a relaxing getaway from chaotic city life. I was able to practice my Spanish quite a bit. Some staff members understand/speak English but when I told them I wanted to speak Spanish only - they answered all of my translation questions ("what's the difference between jugo and zuma?"). Go if you want an immersive experience in a romantic, cozy, relaxing hotel.

Un oasis de paz
Es un lugar muy agradable. Tiene un montón de rinconcitos donde sentarte en el jardín y descansar, tomar algo o hacer lo que quieras. La idea que te transmite el personal del hotel, que son súper atentos y agradables, es que quieren que te sientas como en casa y realmente es fácil sentirse así. El único pero que le encontré fue al tamaño df la habitación, bastante pequeña y sin sitio para dejar las cosas sobre todo en el lavabo. Pero como sólo estuvimos una noche no fue un gran inconveniente.

Hotel con muchísimo encanto
Hotel íntimo, con mucho encanto, desde el edificio antiguo conservado a cada rincón del interior reformado con mucho mimo; jardines muy agradables en el exterior; trato muy personal; ubicado en plena sierra de Madrid, con posibilidad4es de hacer senderismo en Cercedilla o pasear por rincones como San Lorenzo del Escorial. Restaurante con comida del chef Rodrigo de la Calle. Todo es especial, desde que llegas hasta que te marchas

Habitación incómoda. Zonas comunes bonitas.
La doble superior no vale lo que cuesta. Aunque parece de diseño el baño es estrecho, es como un prefabricado dentro de la habitación, incómodo, lavabo con poco espacio sólo cabe una persona. Ducha cierra mal. Colchòn de muelles muy duro. Muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas para ser una habitación de 150 eur. Desayuno normalito sin ser tipo buffet. Demasiadas preguntas como "a qué hora vais a bajar a desayunar" o "dónde habèis cenado hoy". Sin ascensor. Zonas comunes muy bonitas y todo al detalle pero en general la habitación no nos gustó. t

moment de gentillesse bien apprécié ; nous avons été attendu jusqu'à 2 heures du matin aprés retard avion et errement dans la région et le village où des gens locaux nous ont guidé vers l'hotel : bravo petite mais agréable chambre ; petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux personnel extrèmement gentil et serviable bref, un moment de bonheur rare dans un cadre dominé par l'art : on aime , merci
