«For it's location, the property is excellent. Overall, it was very good. The staff are super friendly and courteous. The amenities are not the best, but also not bad at all. If you need to stay in Winters, Texas...this IS ABSOULTELY WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. The hotel is average is most ways. It is maintained well and is very clean and there is nothing offensive here at all. Water pressure was so bad the toilets would not flush half of the time we were there - we did not call for help as we we know there would be no fix - and shower had very low pressure. «Everything about the stay was absolutely perfect. We were in town for a one night music gig at Potosi Live. My daughter and her band arrived on a Saturday and we had to get back on the road to Nashville the next day but they all loved the relaxing nature of the farmhouse and the wonderful modernized amenities.
