Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage in the heart of Coeur d’Alene! Located in a peaceful neighborhood and within walking distance of downtown, this cozy retreat is perfect for guests visiting CDA for business or leisure who want a true local experience. Explore Tubbs Hill’s scenic trails, enjoy lake days at City Park, or stroll Sherman Avenue with its unique shops, galleries, and restaurants—all just a mile away. After a day of adventure, relax in the spacious backyard with a BBQ, or cozy up in front of the electric fireplace.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Location was great on a quiet street but a quick drive to all CDA has to offer. Since we live to cook on our vacation we found the kitchen to be under stocked with items like mixing bowls and containers for leftovers.

Coeur D’Alene rental

The management staff was super responsive to questions we had. House was small but plenty big for two of us. Location was super close to Downtown shopping & restaurants. I’d stay there again.

It was a nice quiet area and the property was well kept

Good place for the summer time in CDA. Right near the downtown area. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the sights of downtown CDA.

CDA cottage

Very cute house, good location. Not a lot of room for the entire family, 2 person couch made it tough to watch tv together at night. No extra blankets were found. Bathroom is very small. Over all, cute place with a good location.

Weird?

When we arrived at the house for check in, the beds had not been fully made. And the listing of the house has pictures that do not accurately depict what you're getting. The house has a empty loft area, and an empty unfurnished basement as well. Both of these spaces could be made really cool and this day would have been more enjoyable. As well as the backyard is nice in the daytime, but if you want to hang out out there at night time there's no lights, and there could be a fire pit that would also give you something else to do to relax. Overall the house was nice, but it could have been better.

Great location, small house

The house is in a great location to take advantage of the area. The house is small but met our needs since there were only 2 of us. It'd be tight with any more people. All of the cooking pans are coated except for a frying pan and cast iron skillet. So it made eating in difficult since I don't like cooking with coated pans. Fortunately, the outside grill worked. The backyard is a wonderful place to relax. We will consider staying here again the next time we are in town.

Great location

Our host was very attentive to our needs. We had a couple of issues during our stay and his communication and effort in coming through was good. This cottage is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood of Coeur d’Alene. Within 2-3 minutes drive we were in the heart of it all. The cottage had more room than we needed (loft and basement). Although only equipped with a window a/c off the living room it was plenty strong to cool the place. Besides, the nights are cool enough in Idaho. I love hot showers and the water temperature was ultra hot; of course it can be toned down, but that was a plus. The only thing I would have preferred or changed would have been a king size bed instead of the double one.

Served it’s purpose

The home was clean the beds were comfortable and communication was good . We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this home felt more like a hotel not very cozy and warm . It is very small. I don’t understand why the upstairs space has not been used as a living room area it was empty . It would have made it much more of a comfortable space . The couch setup was not comfortable AT ALL actually was very uncomfortable for a family of 4 considering it is also the only TV in the house . I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies to wipe things down I finally found a sponge the last day but I already bought some . The kitchen had pots and pans and the minimum needed . Couldn’t find a pot holder as I cooked everyday . Not a lot of spices or anything else .. We have been used to in other homes that have had some stuff . Honestly it truly felt like a hotel with the mini shampoos and hotel folded towels in the bathroom .Again it was clean and served it’s purpose just not that cozy of a home .We personally love the personal touches people add to make it feel homey and this was not that . They allowed us to arrive an hour early and we were apprieciative of that and had no problem shoveling as they told us they will be coming after we arrived .. They NEVER showed up so my husband shoveled everyday as we were there 4days and it snowed everyday . They still never showed up. When we got there their were coffee grounds left in coffee pot , wet sheets in the washer . And the dishwasher was dirty inside . Kinda worried me as to if the sheets were cleaned before we arrived 😳. Again it was nice, small , and served it’s purpose if you like that hotel feel . I probrobly wouldn’t stay again . I still don’t understand why the extra space has not been utilized but hey it’s not my home .

Very nice!

As listed, the house is small, but very well done. I was there during a cold snap and it was warm and comfortable. Gloryann responded immediately to a question I had and left me a welcome gift for my arrival . The neighborhood is quiet, felt safe and still close enough to bike or walk to downtown.
