«This is a true gem, the place is beautiful and peaceful. The chairs and hammocks right in front of the water under the shade were perfect to catch a breeze during the hot summer weekend. Mary Lynn is so nice and definetly gives the place it's personality. She was super helpful receiving and setting up the flowers we sent prior to our arrival so that my mom would have a nice bday surprise. We will definitely be back!»

It was cozy, clean, the backyard and all was so laid back, It was the most loveliest spot we could of asked for. Everything was so close by in walking distance.Definitely one we will never forgrtt and cant wait to return back!»

«Small property in very nice location on cocoa beach (1-2 min walk), good food nearby and beach was excellent. Our cruise ship got in early and our host helped us out and was very nice/responsive. Shower needs a little love but not a dealbreaker for us and it did the job, we had a great time. 3 tvs so everyone in the family was able to watch what they wanted when we just wanted to relax. Would stay again for sure. »
