This home places you within walking distance of the Beach, restaurants, bars and the world famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop. This home features an open plan with amazing designer features, from the custom built in TV’s with surround sound to a spacious and beautiful butcher block gourmet kitchen equipped with new appliances. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a spacious closet, and a master bathroom suite. Bedroom two has a king sized bed with another spacious closet. Bedroom three is setup as a kid retreat, with a double sized bunk bed with a twin trundle complete with a play area.

The property is located on a quiet street with an oversized lot filled with mature, tropical landscaping and ample parking for 4 cars. The backyard is a taste of tropical Florida, designed to reflect the beauty of our state’s natural environment. The very large, remodeled pool is the true centerpiece of the backyard filled with tropical flowering trees and palms. The backyard is fully fenced, separating the dock and deck from the yard, providing your own slice of Florida’s outdoors.

As you open the gate to the riverfront, you immediately flow into a quaint, flowing grotto with seating area where you can nature watch, enjoy your morning coffee, or even cast a fishing rod. The deck has a lift for the owner’s boat, but it also has a full slip that can accommodate up to a 26 foot boat if you want to bring your own and is also perfect for launching your own kayaks, paddle boards, or other water toys. If you do not have your own toys, there are several services that will be happy to deliver them to you.

Additionally, the pool can be heated upon request for an additional $25 a day.
