«It was a beautiful homey cabin nestled in the beauty of Sullivan County relaxing and comforting in the comforts of the past with amenities of today ! Just wish I had more time to have spent with my partner. »

«Definitely felt like a vacation property and not someone’s home. Very comfortable stay even though we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities due to weather. Hankins is a very small and quiet town. Callicoon is nearby and has decent restaurants and small shops»

«Great location being right at the trailhead for hiking.»

«Mike and Debs were super friendly and welcoming! The hut is clean and comfortable with phone chargers and heating. There are several properties on the same land including an RV and cottage. There are also 2 neighboring huts sharing the same campfire and bathroom, but it is not cluttered and there was no clashing with neighbors. We enjoyed the stay with a few things that I had wished were a little more tidy especially for the price.»

«This place looks even better than what we have seen from the pictures. Everything within the property was very well maintained, organized and cozy. Paul and Chuck put a lot of hard work and love into this place. They included everything that was needed for a comfortable stay in an outdoors cabin, even things you wouldn't have considered in the first place. We were searching for a place to take a break from the city's atmosphere(the sound, the people, etc) and this place answered our needs for ...
