Breakfast was poor, much had been out clearly from start of the period (07:00), so when guests can down at 09:30 as we did, what was there was dried out and baked under the lamps.

Beautifully kept building and rooms. Great selection at breakfast and a little balcony in the sunshine was a lovely little surprise with the room. Really comfortable bed and the room was lovely and quiet.

Restaurant staff great, rest only OK.
Sufficiently sized room but had a slightly weird odor to it. Comfy matress. Receptionists could have been more welcoming and friendlier, seemed quite uninterested in their jobs. A guest should get to notice that. Waitress in the restaurant was really kind, professional and helpful though.

40th Wedding Anniversary
We arranged to stay at the Hilton because we wanted to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel room had petals and towels folded into ‘swans’. The girl on Reception wished us a happy weekend. Generally the whole ambience was great. A wide selection of breakfasts on offer. Staff very friendly

Weekend stay
The hotel is ok. It’s dated. The room is quite noisy, you can hear people walking around upstairs and snoring nextdoor. The service in the restaurant was quite poor, struggled to get attention to order food and drinks, then added 12.5% service charge at the end. Had similar issues at the bar where struggled to get anyone to serve me for some time. The woman working at breakfast was excellent. The £16 car park charge was frankly ridiculous and a con, this should be waived for hotel guests.

Very convenient location just off M25, lovely part of Surrey. Easy parking, costs £8/day. Breakfast was really good. Walls are thin/not sound-proofed, slept badly as a couple were having an argument during the night. Would stay again but take earplugs incase.

The Hilton Cobham is beautiful. Beds are massive and very comfortable with all the things you need. Absolutely spotless and great decor. The restaurant was lovely also with great food and excellent staff service who go out of the way to accommodate everyone. Loved it and can't wait to go back.

Nice hotel, cheap breakfast!
Nice stay, with plenty parking. No negatives, food was good, breakfast was plentiful for what you paid at £10. There was a £40 charge for a dog stay though which is a little steep compared to most other hotels. However a good sized bed provided for the dog. At £40 a packet of treats would be a nice touch!

Stayed there before, free, safe car park and in easy drive for train station to London. Not had breakfast there before, great service and food including options for gluten free.

Toilet seat not secured Bottom of bathroom door was rusty/dirty Only 3 paper tissues in the box/empty Room service plate covers were dirty Room service food was poor quality Staff appear unhappy The £8 parking charge was not clearly marketed and unwelcoming. The manager cancelled it when we complained.

We assure you that your complaint has been communicated to all responsible department managers. If you go to Expedia and search for Hilton Cobham, you will immediately see information that parking is paid. But our manager was very helpful and made an exception, so that you would be satisfied.
