«We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax.»

«I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.»
