«We found the staff and property to be excellent. They were very cooperative in allowing an early check-in. The room was excellent. The property had a bar and dining options which we both used and enjoyed. The breakfast was a complete menu for us to select from and was excellent. We had after dinner drinks and good discussions with the staff. The property itself was located within walking distance of the town and there was ample parking on site.»

«The hotel looks tired and needs some upgrades. The shower was so very small, tighter than a phone booth and the shower walls are pealing. There is no elevator, so my husband had to carry the two full size suitcases up to the second floor. Cahir is a small town, with no many hotel options, so I guess it is not bad if you are staying there for a night, and the pub/restaurant offered a pretty decent fish and chips.»

«The building itself is quite old and we were three adults in one room, so we did have some trouble with the windows in our getting a bit "damp" and the air a bit stuffy (even with one window open). But the overall standard was great - clean and newly refurbished. Very friendly staff and complimentary tea in the library in front of the fire place - wonderful! The hotel restaurant is also well worth a visit.»
