We were able to see the riverboat turn around to get back to the dock, which was fun to see. We spent most of our time outside, watching cars and boats go by. I was able to bring my whole family and their spouses to Davenport to visit my oldest child and his wife and my first grandchild to spend the weekend to celebrate our Christmas! This home has EVERYTHING you would need! Plenty of space to be together or spread out. I definitely will be back during warmer months to take advantage of the wonderful outside areas! «This home is tastefully finished and incredibly clean. Many surfaces were installed with the idea the home would have a great deal of traffic and are protected. There were several seating areas that provided ample opportunity to sit in small groups or have some alone time. There are 6 or 8 card table chairs available that enabled our group of 10 to work around the dining room table. The card table chairs also provided seating for the deck. «Beautifully decorated. Great bed and linens. Lots of space. Kitchen had all we needed and more. My only note is that if stairs are an issue for your party, stairs to get in and bathrooms are in the lower and upper levels. Beautiful and large bathrooms however.»

«My husband and I stayed last year and when we returned this year with family to watch our oldest graduate the stay was no different. The house is clean, well stocked of things you need, and it feels like home. We gathered in the kitchen to cook meals and dining area to eat and hang out. Our oldest is moving on to another state to further their education so there isn’t a need to return but if there were I would come stay again.»
