Morning shift supervisor/manager, didn’t get her name is really nasty. The lead manager is very nice and understandable. Although I’m not a complainer, my room is filthy and nasty, coffee maker is nasty, bathroom has dried up blood running down the side of the toilet, bathroom floor has hair residue still stuck on the floor. Hair dye is on the carpet in front of the sink. Walls have makeup residue on them. Ceilings are accumulating dust balls. Behind the bed is stains with I don’t know what, maybe mold, I don’t know what it is!? Property gets a 3/10 in my book. Not going to say don’t book, but if you want to book then go ahead. This is just temporary for me to stay but I’ve booked with sonesta before and this is the first time I’ve seen sonesta like this. Amenities are great 10/10 because you get a whole kitchen but the inside of the refrigerator is nasty. I don’t want to store anything in it. Not to mention the third party I booked through keeps messing up my booking reservation “Agoda”. Through trivago. When I say I’m trying to hurry up and leave. I will asap
