Our home features an open floor plan with a modern design with lots of room to entertain. There is an oversized kitchen and dining area, a large family room, and a private patio area that can comfortably seat up to 8 guests. Expansive windows cover the entire floor, allowing for lots of natural light.



The Space:

Large downstairs with plenty of room to entertain downstairs. There is an oversized kitchen island, beautiful table setting, expansive windows. Located just around the block from Lincoln Park, easy 2-3 minute stroll. The streets are safe, well lit. There is a coffee shops in each direction within a 4-5 minute walk. Enjoy the neighborhood shops on your path to Ginko, Dante, Farenheit, Bario, and many more. Have a specialty cocktail down the street at the Spotted Owl or many other trendy locations. Side-patio with privacy-fence for enjoyment during Cleveland's summer months.



Guest Access:

Most guests will walk around the neighborhood. If you're going downtown for a game its easy and affordable to Uber, you don't need to pay parking fees and walk even further. Get Uber pickup and drop-off at the door step. On-site standard 2-car garage with keypad access. There is a smart-lock on the front door that you will use your unique entry pin for the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Historic Tremont neighborhood, with nice walkability to multiple coffee shops in our neighborhood. We live 2 minutes from the park, there is public swimming pool in the summer. Evenings can be spent at a ton of different restaurants within a short walk as well. No need to find parking, or get a ride-share for the local eats. Tremont is only a 6-8 minute ride to downtown CLE where the professional sports venues are. Just a 5 minute ride over to Ohio City.



Getting Around:

Most guests will walk to get food and drinks. Uber is great for heading down-town for a game. If you leave your car, you don't have to pay parking at the game. There is a standard 2-car garage on-site. Additional street parking is available 1st come-1st served.



Other Things to Note:

Please wipe your feet, and take your shoes off in the entry way.

You'll receive a Unique Door Code for your stay.

There is a entry-way camera at the front door to gain access, and there is a security camera located in the garage.



Interaction with Guests:

If there are any special accommodations you need, let us know ahead of your check-in date so we can try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do have someone available in the event of an emergency. Please call me through the AirBnb App or on my cellphone (provided with your checking message) for anything that needs immediate attention.
