«Well from this year they decided to drop the reseption and put in a code lock at the front door, and key boxes on every room. That's ok but NOT getting any information about this before I arrived is terrible customer service. They had three tlf nr. At the door and luckily the last one responded. Room was nice and spacy, and bed ok. The water pressure in the shower was a joke, so if you are a girl with long hair, be patient. The breakfast was ok, but forget to have any sausage.. poached eggs, who ...

«We book a daily room with a private bathroom we book this room due to having a 3 year old with us an needed easy access to a toilet (1 double bed and 1 single bed), on arrival we were at a different hotel and the room has 3 single beds without a private bathroom it was shared with everyone on the bottom floor»

«The bed was so uncomfortable, the springs are poking through the mattress. To top it off the room and bed is full of bed bugs, I woke up every morning with bites on my legs and my partner had 7 bites all over his face. See previous comments from guests who suffered the bed bugs and shared images of them. Terrible and disgusting. The rooms need deep cleaning. Be warned »
