The beauty of the Cascades is on full display at this two-bedroom condo in the Roslyn Ridge resort community. Spend your days in Ronald lounging on the shores of Cle Elum Lake and enjoying fantastic amenities at the activity center around the corner.

This second-floor condo enjoys a lovely setting in Roslyn Ridge, with the surrounding mountains visible from the balcony. An easy stroll leads to the outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, playground, and sports courts at the activity center (which are available for a daily fee), with beautiful Speelyi Beach on Cle Elum Lake less than two miles up the road.

As you enter, the first thing you'll notice is the abundance of natural light, with large windows and glass balcony doors allowing sunshine to pour in. Use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a few appetizers and light the gas grill for an evening barbecue. After sitting down for dinner either inside or outside, you can build a fire, gather on the sofa, and settle in for a movie night. A washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a second smart TV in the primary bedroom are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
