«The room was reasonably clean, but the bedsheets had stains and some hair. Bath towels also had hair. The property was in need of repairs (curtains, paint, dents in doors, closet didn’t close). No access to fitness room or indoor pool. The checkout instructions were to run the dishwasher, but there was not a dishwasher in the room. We had to wash dishes by hand and take out trash, which we did not expect.»

«We can’t wait to stay here again. From the moment we started communication after booking, to when we checked out, everything was basically perfect. The room? Awesome. Views? Spectacular. The property? Gorgeous! We’re already planning our next trip back. The only bummer is that without booking directly through Suncadia you don’t get access to the large pool with water slides and there isn’t an option for a day pass. But the Lodge pool is nice and there’s so much to do around the resort! So ...
