«The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.»

«Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path.
The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive.
The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy.
The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose.
Loved it and would book again if we are in the area.»

«Beautiful location and cottage, all you need is contained in the cottage.
Friendly and helpful hosts.
Not too far from Lincoln and other towns.
Well worth the money, would recommend to others.
Easy to find just look for Kirkby Green Light Railway on google.
However please note they no longer accept pets»
