«What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults. We will be back when next in the area again such a lovely view over the Tamar Valley. Cheers Maree. K and Friends»

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very centrally located to family in Launceston and Paper Beach enabling us to enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well appointed home while visiting family. Close to Grindelwald, while we didn't utilise the facilities here this time we will certainly consider staying here again. 15 minutes into Launceston is very handy, Legana close by for groceries, takeaways, tavern meal, bottleshop, anything we needed. «Six family members stayed here for the Christmas week whilst seven others were in a nearby house. Unlike some Greens Beach houses Rick's place is a shack, but with plenty of room and we'll equipped for our group.The high speed NBN was an unexpected bonus. Recommended.»

«Really enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 8 extended family members gathering together to celebrate a 70th. We had several friends call in and everyone was very impressed with location, spaciousness of the accommodation and general ambience. Great views from upstairs to the Low Head Lighthouse.»
