«Dirty rooms, hard beds»

«Absolutely amazing Hotel, amazing staff, great breakfast, really clean rooms and warm warm service. I really felt like they were there for us with their genuine smile. If im coming back to Dusseldorf, I would come back to this hotel. Thank you for the great service»

«Not clean, the entire floors and the rooms smells, the queen bed came as 2 joined twin beds, so the gap in the middle was very uncomfortable. The building is good and I suppose if they made changes to the carpets because of the smell and to the rooms and to the bits it would be a very better Hotel.»

Eldre standar. Vil si maks 3 stjerner. God service var det.»
