«We had an excellent stay at Villa Verandah. Toni gave us a warm welcome with complimentary tapas and cold drinks, which was very appreciated after the flight from Norway. «When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner. Vinka had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with some beverages - beer as well as juice. There was also a huge bowl of fresh - pineapple, kiwi, watermelon, grapes etc. on the table as well as peanuts in a bowl. «The villa and the location are so beautiful. The owner, Matko, is extremely kind and helpful giving advice on the local area and activities. There are lots of different places to sit and enjoy either the sun or the shade. The view across to Split is just as good in the day as in the evening. «Veldig bra feriebolig for familier/grupper i et rolig område med kort vei til butikk og kafeer. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsomt vertskap. Gangavstand til båt til Trogir og Split. Litt misvisende bilde av beliggenhet til boligen. Den ligger ikke så åpent til som bildetgir inntrykk av, uten at det er noe negativt. Mange boliger i nærheten.»

Man kann sogar mit dem Boot schnell nach Trogir fahren, der Anleger ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es hat einen tollen großen Garten mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten, auch genügend im Schatten. Das einzige kleine Manko das Bad könnte ein wenig geräumiger sein. «Tolles Ferienhaus. Wir (vier Erwachsene, zwei Kleinkinder) hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Super ausgestattet, wunderbare Aussicht, Strände und Stadt/Ort in kurzer Distanz mit dem Auto. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. (Einzig die Einfahrt in den Hof ist etwas abenteuerlich.)»

«We were two families with 4 adults and 6 children in the age 9-17 years old. It was a very nice house with a wonderful pool and pool area and a superb location right next to the sea. We really liked it. We did not have a rental car, but everything we needed were within walking distanse. Very nice bathrooms. The beds a little bit hard, but not really a problem. A very nice stay.»

However,some dissapointments as well as there are some annoying issues which was not expected based on the "luxyry" adveritssement: - General lack of maintenanse with several loose fittings in the bathrooms. «We had a great stay at this lovely villa. It had great facilities with the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub with amazing views. The whole property was immaculately clean and all guests had a comfortable stay. Miranda was very accommodating, greeting us on arrival and helping to arrange airport transfers and was very quick to respond to any queries. «We had a lovely time at the villa and were very well looked after by our host. The villa is well kitted out with all necessary items and even on a rainy day you would be very comfortable! We didn't have a car for the first few days of our 3 week stay and would recommend one if you are unable to manage the few steep roads in the neighbourhood.
