«Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)»

«This place has made some severe cut back to save a buck. Rooms are dirty, full of flies, hair on walls and linens, discoloration in tables and floor, shower door doesn't close, found a roach on the wall. They painted over certian spots on the walls and left the rest another color and the walls and baseboards have never been cleaned, mold in the bathroom. And for your sitting pleasure you get a piece of a sectional :). Oh and the pool is a nice shade of puke green. Very dirty place to stay. »

«When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!»

«For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing»

«We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not ...

«Adult couple visited from UK. Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful B&B in a nice safe part of town. 5-10mins walk to restaurants and bars. The place itself is quirky, but very clean. The rooms are big. The owner Bryan is a really nice chap and very friendly. The breakfast was superv and just enough. 100% staying here again. »
