«We called a bunch of times and no one answers the phone! Finally we got someone on the phone but cannot really understand, and all he says is NO!!!! We drove there, early checked in, which that was what we were asking on the phone! Went to the room, all empty containers of bath soap, shampoo and conditioner!!! We have to ask! They gave us after 5 mins. We need to extend our room for another night and got charged $189!!!! Ripped off…»

«Everything was closed, The beds were made and that part appeared clean, but there was an old piece of pizza literally lying on the floor. We did not address this with the staff, as we struggled to find any hotel room in cincinnati for that night and this was the only one. It was overpriced to begin with, but certainly very disappointing and disgusting. Most of the amenities were closed, including the workout room and the pool as well.»
