«Booked a so called delux safari cabin for 5 of us, AC wasn't working when arrived called and asked management for repairs it was hot like hell the guy came after a while and stated he fixed it, we stayed out for 3 hours while being charged no refunds or reimbursement for those terrible hours waited outside property, when got back AC was still not working, then after fighting with property reservation manager she decided to switch us in a different cabin at around 10 or 10:30 Pm, ( check in time ...
