«I recently stayed at the Fairmont and it completely lived up to it's reputation. The Senayan area is perfectly located for shopping and dining. I played golf at the course near by and it was a short walk to the course. Great hotel I will be back for sure. »

«A nice hotel. Good quality, clean and service is nice. The only thing negative is that it could get a bit noisy at times. Rooftop bar plays music which can be heard at night. It's not THAT bad, but the bass goes through the concrete (6th floor, bar is at 7th). We still slept through it. Also make sure you hang up the "do not disturb" sign if you do not have laundry in the morning, or just don't want to be bothered in the morning. Overall I recommend this hotel.»

«Room 621 for 2 nights from 17-19 Sep. Everything was good until I rang to ask for 2 hours check out extension, a lady who answered the call said only can extend till 12:30pm. Hence I said I didnt mind extending one more night stay and offer to come down to the front desk to pay for the extra night, she said no way, rooms are fully booked. I said what about other room type, she still said fully booked. I was quite puzzled and quickly pulled out my hotels.no apps to check, there were still PLENTY ...

«We booked this hotel online and were very happy with the service and comfort. The hotel is situated in a mixed environment with modern buildings and some narrow streets with street vendors in the area. Breakfast was limited, but had good quality. Staff was very polite and helpful.»

«Some issues in our room. A very strong smell from the drain in the shower when in use. The poor neighbor was having a bonfire in the evening in his backyard, burning old clothes and other stuff.. This made our room smell really bad. When speaking to the hotel-personel about this, -the hotel had no other room to offer. Otherwise, a quite nice hotel. »
