«I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed»

«Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day.
