«The property was good with one glaring exception. We checked in on Wednesday and was told that room cleaning only occurred every other day. That schedule is fine and would mean cleaning on either Friday or Saturday depending on when the every other day starts. The issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned on either Friday or Saturday. «Pool was closed,only reason I booked was because they said there was a open pool on site to get there to a closed pool,maintenance said it was open and then immediately the person at the counter said its closed very rudely....If you want a basic over-priced hotel...This is your place.»

«Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay.»

«The staff here is amazing especially Johnathon DeFore =). So helpful, nice and considerate all done with an amazing smile. It was later on in the evening and we needed an item for our room and they went above and beyond to assist us. Also, the valet staff rose to the top to assist us with our bags, dogs and goodies. «The inn keepers were very welcoming. The inn itself was decorated with beautiful art. The breakfast was exceptional! The location of the inn allowed us to walk to campus and to walk around East Lansing. I would definitely recommend the Wild Goose Inn to any couple or group of people.»

Dirty washcloth still in shower. fridge shelf with spilled dried liquid. originally was assigned a room that did not exist b/c it was in an area that was being renovated. thankfully I didnt have to traipse all the way back from the 3rd floor to the desk to get the correct room b/c the person working, came to find me and told me the correct room, which was just around the corner. sheets seemed clean. nice hot water for shower.»

«Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.»
