«They have just completed renovations on this hotel. Pool was not open when we were there, im not sure why it looked nice. No microwave in room, beds were very comfortable.»

«Room is clean. The hotel is clean, morning breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed it. Walking amenities to Meijer and Kroger as well some restaurants. Definitely recommend this place when needing a place at Lansing. »

«The property was excellent for the price point, and the pool was very refreshing and clean. The only thing I would have liked to be different was better shampoo in the bathroom»

«I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed»

«Facility is older than I am used to at Holiday Inn Express. Lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The coffee at the breakfast area was too weak. I had to then go looking for a coffee shop before driving out of town. Overall disappointing stay.»

«We were forced to book another hotel --through expedia--upon arriving and seeing a trailer full of cats, the desk staff smoking, doors with destroyed paint, pothole ridden parking lot. The place is awful and we would have felt unsafe and exposed to smoke and cat fur (one of our family members has severe allergies). I didn't even go in. I left a voicemail canceling our stay. Regrettably I didn't say why. I will be disputing the charges. »

«We enjoyed our stay. It would be lovely if the hotel could spruce it up a bit: the interior garden looks neglected, and the elevator decor needs attention, as did particular aspects of our bathroom. I would stay there again should my travels take me to Lansing.»

«Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.»
