«The hotel is really great, new building in a quiet yet central area. Perfect location for first timer in New York. My only complait is that they dont offer room service for stays under 5 nights. We stayed for 4 nights and would have appreciated roomservive at least once. Other than that, everything was great!»

«Close to bryant park, times square and Broadway mid-manhattan . Quiet rooms, had one viewing empire state in the 20th floor. Nice outside /inside bar in 22th floor. Anna’s diner across the street makes btw cheaper options for an American breakfast than other options in the area. The hotel is a good choise. »

«Worn and somewhat outdated. The entire hotel could use a renovation, including the rooms. Fortunately, everything was clean, so at least it wasn’t dirty.
The pictures of the room were very different from the room we actually got. It was a bad start to the stay when the room (Grand Suite) only had a double bed, even though we had booked for four people.
They explained that they could bring in extra beds, which was an acceptable solution, but it turned out that one of the beds was assembled ...
