«Lovely hotel with stunning mt fuji views - if you book the right room that is. Stayed in one of the rooms with a private open air bath and view, rooms are large and clean, baths and views are fantastic and the staff is beyond helpful. Dinner experience is cool, but beware if you are not very fond of fish - bring snacks! »

«It is a beautiful hotel, but considering the price I would expect more. Lack in information regarding meals and times. Might be a language problem, but google translate would easily solve this with an information sheet... all in all a good stay, but with this location and amenities it could have been better.»
