«A very peaceful and beautiful getaway. Very secluded property with a lovely view of the river. Ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature. The house is well-stocked, very clean, and really cozy. The host is very thoughtful and even offered to drive me to various hiking spots. There is a very nice trail very close to the house if you don't feel like driving around a lot. I would plan to get groceries before arriving since the grocery store is a bit of a drive. Highly recommend!!»

«No wifi and cell service is very spotty as one would expect. Not a criticism, just an observation. There are a good deal of steps to deal with so beware if you have mobility issues. The lake itself is a walk away, no direct views from the house. The rear deck needs some TLC.»

Having 5 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our large group coming for the VT Graduation. **please note - this rental doesn’t include sheets or towels so come prepared. «I like it. I would book again but in warmer weather for me. I enjoy the scenry, the openness and the quietness. One suggestion, maybe i overlooked it but state that cell phone connectivity is low due to area. If you have a wifi code you should include it in welcome letter as when you get there the service is very low to non existing.»
