«This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. »

«Everything stood out! The staff which is the life of any hotel is incredible. Note Issac, Monica, the night team, all the folks at restaurant for breakfast and manager Patricio. Everyone genuinely amazing. The entire hotel is spotless, the room is proper and as clean as can be. Zero complaints.
