«Small, intimate, spesial, fun, one of a kind hotel! Stairs, balconies (not all rooms), pool, jungle, great service. Budget friendly. We had a two night stay in between beach resorts and chose the cheapest we could find. Would not change it for anything, absolutely loved it!!»

«Good hotel downtown in Cancun. Comfortable beds, good size room, clean. Breakfast was just ok. Asked for a quiet room, which I got, so very thankful for that. Can recommend if you want to stay downtown Cancun. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop to Hotel Zone. Taxi stop right outside hotel. »

«Good experience in total. Good location, Uber is a must on a tour in Cancun. Nice breakfast and always fresh baked bread. The rooms were pretty nice, lot of space and nice view to the marina. We did not try the dinner at this place. - Sauna in womens locker room do not work. - Jacuzzi in mens locker is not warm and water is dirty - Someone made phone calls from our room to other places in Mexico. And then tells us to pay for it. »

«The staff are all fabulous and communication with them is incredibly easy. I recommend downloading what’s app before you arrive as that is how they communicate with guests. Check in was easy, I was given a brief tour of the property and sent a welcome message with attachments outlining all the services offered. The spa services were beautiful and relaxing and the drinks at the attached cafe are excellent. I can’t speak on the food as I was not able to eat much due to dental procedures. The ...
