«spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left.»

«Good cost efficient.»

«The room, was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so good but they have multiple options to pick from»

«Awesome service; I can't say anything, but it's excellent in everything, and the price is crazy low. I will return just because it's 15 out of 10 excellent all over, happy»

«Great location staff. Dining and very comfortable»

«Good service apartment big and spacious. We booked a 2 bedroom it has a big living area 2 bathrooms kitchen etc great river view certainly worth the stay.great breakfast too.»

«Room is perfectly clean. Staff are excellent. Can use WeChat to communicate with staff on any request. Very helpful. Overall fabulous experience.»

«Nytt og moderne hotell med utmerket service. En relativt stor andel av betjeningen snakker engelsk. Flott Business Lounge i 37. etasje.

«The room was very clear, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I even lost my headphones and they kept it safe. Unfortunately the instructions were not very clear and I struggled a lot to find the entrance of the hotel as it is not in the ground floor of the building. Apart from that, very functional and well located.»

«A good place for an overnight stay.»

«AMAZING! don’t risk it with other hotels and stay here! their price is completely worth it, wonderful location, good breakfast, huge rooms, great views and the hotel is beautiful »

«The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working.»

«Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. »

«Un fraude en las fotos. En todo no recomiendo esa pocilga. El buffet un asco. Cucarachas en la habitación todo un fraude. Hasta el nombre del hotel me lo cambiaron me dieron nombre primero y después fue otro no vayan a esa pocilga en verdad se los digo.»

«Beautiful hotel and lovely staff.»
