1. The restaurant where the buffet breakfast is at is too small such that the guests have to find other seats at the other private dinning rooms of the Chinese restaurant located next to it. And most guests have to share and have their breakfast at the round tables of these private dinning rooms with other guests which lacks privacy. It is like dinning at a canteen. This happened for all the 5 mornings that we had breakfast there. Meaning this situation is very prevalent every morning at the breakfast area. The number of guests staying in the hotel are just too many for the restaurant to handle.
2. The utensils provided in the room's kitchen were inadequate.For example, there was no soup spoon, ladle, etc provided even though there were pots and pans provided and there were only 2 teaspoons and forks each as well as some chopsticks for 2 guests to use. This arrangement is very unusual. Because if you use a fork during the cooking process, you have to make sure you wash it first before you actually dine with your guest in the same room as there were only 2 forks provided. Usually, such service apartments provide more utensils than that regardless of the numbers of guests staying in the room.
