«Everything is walking distance from this property. They even provide a 4-500 ¥ washer and dryer. The only negative thing I can think of is the filters and vents and sealing fans need to be dusted. Other than that it was a pleasure to of stayed there.»

«It is a very pleasant stay if you can manage the self Check in, I'm ok with the self check in process, but saw people have some difficulty on that. Overall the cleanness, Car parking, the area itself is great, highly recommend, it is a cozy and comfortable experience. But the hotel entrance is sometimes hard to find.»

«Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix du coin! Chambres neuves, grandes et impeccables. Personnel hyper serviable.»

«Beautiful room with a lovely view and private onsen.»

«綺麗で広くて快適に過ごす事が出来るオススメ宿です。 サウナもあり、一泊では全てを堪能出来ないので連泊したかった…。 歩いてすぐにバス停もあるので、スムーズ且つ、フリーパス対応路線で便利です。 大抵の物は揃ってるし、グリルも立派なのでBBQも楽しめました。 大勢でパーティ泊まりするなら安上がりで最高です！»

«Great»

«We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the property itself is beautiful. Such a unique idea with the late check in and late check out. It made it an easy transition from arriving mid afternoon from Kyoto and transitioning to our ryokan after the afternoon check out. Drinks were well made and the public bath was so welcome at the end of a long day exploring the Hakone area. The complementary snacks and drinks in the room was also a nice touch. We arrived early ...

«such a cute space and everyone was super sweet and helpful!»

«Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.»

«This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic.  ...

«Et hotell som er blitt renovert i nyere tid. Fantastisk hage, svømmebasseng og spa. Kan virkelig anbefale en tur i spa avdelingen. Her er også en egen royakan som kan benyttes. Svært store rom, med god kvalitet på senger, dyner og klær. Litt for formell frokost etter min smak da det ikke er buffé, men maten er god!»
