«such a cute space and everyone was super sweet and helpful!»

«Helt fantastisk! »

«Good location and friendly front desk.»

«Beautiful and funky property. The shared spaces were very nicely appointed with a room full of records and artsy books. Loved the indoor and outdoor onsens here as well. The tatami mats and floor seats were a unique experience as well. The only small negative is that it is a little off the beaten path but even with that point & that it was raining, we very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.»

«Super beautiful place, service was excellent, the room was superb, the meals was great. They mostly used local food and grilled them infront of us. A perfect place to relax after a long week in Tokyo. A bit on the higher end, but i would definitely say it was worth it! »

«This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic.  ...

«綺麗で広くて快適に過ごす事が出来るオススメ宿です。 サウナもあり、一泊では全てを堪能出来ないので連泊したかった…。 歩いてすぐにバス停もあるので、スムーズ且つ、フリーパス対応路線で便利です。 大抵の物は揃ってるし、グリルも立派なのでBBQも楽しめました。 大勢でパーティ泊まりするなら安上がりで最高です！»

«Great»

«We loved this Hotel! By far the best accommodations we had on our trip to Japan, and for that matter, most of our trips abroad! The room was great, especially the indoor/outdoor soaking tub. The specialized dinner and breakfast were great, a fantastic true Japanese dining experience. We arrived at the hotel around lunch time and before our room was ready. We had heard that Hakone was known for Soba and inquired about a restaurant recommendation. Our host smiled and in broken english said ...

«Nos encantó hermoso»

«Great spot for 5. Location felt secluded, but everything was a short train or taxi ride away.»

«Very nice lobby area. Great with the shuttle buss. Good onsen facilities. Food was just ok in the Living room area. The breakfast was great. The view from the rooms are amazing.»
