Boat Avenue—one of Phuket’s most popular lifestyle and dining spots—is just a 5-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and the vibrant Friday Night Market.



Other Things to Note:

• Electricity is excluded from the rental rate and will be charged at THB 7 per unit. On some booking channels, electricity charges may already be added to the booking; if not included, the charge will be collected on-site.

• Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at THB 1,500 per session.

• Fresh linen is provided once after every 7 nights; extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional charge.

• A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) is required at check-in for stays of less than 7 days. For longer stays, or depending on the booking channel, the deposit amount may vary. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage or loss occurs.

• The base rate covers up to 4 guests with the standard bed setup. For more than 4 guests, the system will automatically calculate and add the extra bed fee. • If fewer than 4 guests are staying but extra beds or a non-standard setup is requested, an additional bed charge will apply.
